I love entertaining friends with dishes from all over the world in my home, experimenting with new dishes and desserts. I love sharing this gift with new people.
I regularly offer private cooking lessons and classes at Dene Community Centre in Peckham. After teaching cookery at Westminster Kingsway College, I decided to share some of my favourite recipes online with my cookery channel on youtube, in which I talk about food, new recipes and the different techniques involved.
